Lambanog is a traditional Filipino spirit distilled from tuba, the naturally fermented sap of coconut palms. While tuba is enjoyed fresh as a sweet, tangy palm wine, further distillation transforms it into Lambanog - a clear, high-proof liquor often shared at gatherings and fiestas.
